Sandy Beach Road and Montgomery Park Road Resolution # 767/25 Moved By Councillor Pickles Seconded By Councillor Butt That the City of Pickering enter into a Road Servicing Agreement with Ontario Power Generation Inc. to facilitate the design, approvals and construction for the rehabilitation of Sandy Beach Road from south of Bayly Street to Montgomery Park Road, and the reconstruction of Montgomery Park Road from Sandy Beach Road to approximately 400m east and south of McKay Road; 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Road Servicing Agreement between the City of Pickering and Ontario Power Generation Inc. in substantially the same form as attached to this report, subject to revisions acceptable to the Director, Engineering Services, the Director, City Infrastructure and the Director, Corporate Services & City Solicitor; and, 2.
