concern regarding the phasing of the site plan approval. • Resolution # 856/25 Moved By Councillor Brenner Seconded By Councillor Pickles That Report PLN 19-25 regarding PTC Ownership Inc. (CentreCourt) – Request for Development Charges Deferral and Phased Site Plan Approval be received; 1. That, pursuant to By-law 8190/25, as amended, Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a DC Deferral Agreement, subject to any necessary, agreed to, minor refinements as determined by the Director, Finance & Treasurer, the Director, Corporate Services & City Solicitor, and the Chief Administrative Officer; 2. That Council elects to accommodate PTC Ownership Inc.’s request for Phased Site Plan approval, and directs the Director, City Development & CBO, as follows: to issue Site Plan Approval for Site Plan Application (S 10/23), with Phase 1 (Towers 1 & 2) to be issued upon execution of a Site Plan Agreement, and Phase 2 (Towers 3 & 4) to be issued at a later date, subject to execution of a Site Plan Agreement; a. if Phase 2 is not advanced in a timely manner, Council authorize the Director, City Development & CBO, to issue conditional Site Plan Approval for the Phase 2 lands; and, b. 3. That the appropriate officials of the City of Pickering be authorized to take the actions necessary to implement the recommendations of this report. 4. Council Meeting Minutes September 29, 2025
