That Report PLN 22-25 regarding Universal City Seven Developments Inc. – Request for Development Charges Deferral be received; 1. That, pursuant to By-law 8190/25, as amended, Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a DC Deferral Agreement, subject to any necessary, agreed to, minor refinements as determined by the Director, Finance & Treasurer, the Director, Corporate Services & City Solicitor, and the Chief Administrative Officer; and, 2. That the appropriate officials of the City of Pickering be authorized to take the actions necessary to implement the recommendations of this report. 3.
